International Voice Services

International Incoming Voice Termination is a circuit switched voice service covering Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), customer dialed calls, fixed and mobile voice Termination. The service provides the international operators with the ability to terminate calls into our network and all other local licensed operators’ networks via our facilities. The Service does not include the following: collect calling, IVPN, International Toll Free traffic unless agreed in the interconnection agreement covering the service between the two operators.

International Toll Free Service (ITFS) allows customers to receive a toll-free call from specific and predefined destinations, free of charge to the caller. The company receiving the calls will be charged instead. The toll-free number could be used by company’s customers and/or employees. This service needs pre-arrangement and agreement between origination and receiving carriers to open the service or it can be established via transit / hub centers in the absence of direct interconnection.

Home Country Direct (HCD) service enables customers traveling abroad to call the home country directly in a simple, convenient, and economical way. Customers abroad don’t pay for the calls, as all the phone calls are charged by the receiver. HCD provides a way to connect with no additional charges or subscription fees and without the need for using calling cards or foreign currency, the service is accessible from any ordinary fixed telephone. This service needs pre-arrangement and agreement between origination and receiving carriers to open the service or it can be established via transit/hub centers in the absence of direct interconnection.
